I am Jenni Dixon, the founder of Dalmore Associates, and an experienced coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in HR, talent management and recruitment within both private and public sector organisations. Having previously worked within sales, financial services and higher education organisations, I now enjoy running my own business where I can apply my varied experience & knowledge to support people.

I have a very open communication style and I am enthusiastic about supporting clients with their coaching journeys and helping them embrace change.
I am an associate for a number of coaching, career transition and assessment organisations providing coaching to organisations and individuals. I enjoy coaching people on a 1-2-1 basis, typically virtually, to support individual and company career transitions, personal growth and career returners.
